Through the course of his career, Christian has played with numerous original and tribute acts that have toured the world........
Artist Profile : Christian
has been playing drums since 1992. Although drums are his main instrument now,
he started music lessons at the age of 5 on the piano. After years of study and
achieving high grades in piano, recorder and theory, his interest turned to rock
music. After watching The Climax Blues Band at the age of 14, Christian took up
the drums. Self taught until 2001, he has played with many bands of various
styles, from jazz, blues, fusion, prog rock and numerous tribute acts that have
toured the world. A once in a lifetime opportunity occurred and he went to live
in London for a year
to study at the main drum school of Great Britain, Drumtech. Christian achieved
a diploma in music and has been taught by some of the best drummers in the world
including private lessons with the legendary Jim Chapin.
